Dr. Rozious Siatwambo is a Zambian education entrepreneur, institutional builder, and social development leader widely recognized for transforming access to education for underserved learners.
Born in rural Zambia in 1975, he grew up under challenging socio-economic conditions, walking long distances to school and facing limited access to educational resources. His early academic journey included setbacks, including initial failure at Grade 7 level — a defining turning point in his life.
He rebuilt his academic path through discipline and persistence, eventually earning a Bachelor's degree in Education at the University of Zambia. His entrepreneurial journey began with small tutoring services, which evolved into Exams Made Easy Consultancy in 2006 and later the Great North Road Academy Group of Companies — a multi-campus education system focused on learner reintegration, second-chance education and academic empowerment.
Today his organization operates across education, hospitality, rehabilitation, healthcare support and youth development.
