THE FORGE began with one national gathering. On 25 September 2026, The Founders' Conference 2026 brought 1,500 people together at Mulungushi University, Kabwe — and through Speak & Soar, more than 600 learners in seven schools. What follows is what that beginning has already produced.

The Founders' Conference 2026 was THE FORGE's first national gathering. Held at Mulungushi University in partnership with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Zambia Revenue Authority, it drew 1,500 people into one room.
Ten speakers addressed the hall across a full day of movements — from education and mindset to enterprise, access and action — while twenty-one partner and exhibitor organisations stood alongside the chapter.
The conference has closed. Since then, chapters have been activated at Copperbelt University, Mulungushi University and Kwame Nkrumah University, and the Kasama and Choma district chapters remain open to students.
