Dalitsani Banda is the Founder and President of THE FORGE. He provides the organisation's strategic vision, institutional leadership and overall direction, guiding its work across programmes, partnerships and chapter development.
His leadership is centred on a clear conviction: young people should not only prepare to participate in the future, but should be equipped to shape it. Through THE FORGE, he works to create practical environments where emerging founders, innovators and leaders can encounter ideas, relationships and opportunities that move them from potential to action.
Dalitsani oversees the alignment of THE FORGE's departments and initiatives with its wider mission. His role includes strengthening institutional relationships, setting long-term priorities and helping the organisation build structures capable of serving young people with clarity, consistency and purpose.
His contribution also extends into direct youth engagement. Across THE FORGE programmes, he has facilitated conversations around goal setting, personal development, entrepreneurship and intentional living—encouraging young people to understand themselves, take responsibility for their growth and begin building with what they have.
