THE FORGE at Kasama District Chapter
Too many learners in Kasama District make decisions about their future with no guidance, no exposure and no one to ask. The chapter puts trained local volunteers in front of them, in their own schools, in their own language.
The Kasama District Chapter is the local arm of THE FORGE in Northern Province. It is community-led, volunteer-driven and governed by two Team Leads supported by Forge Ambassadors drawn from Kasama itself.
The chapter delivers career guidance, leadership training and enterprise exposure into secondary schools and youth groups across Kasama District, reporting into the national programme office.

What this chapter is committed to
- Establish partnerships with secondary schools across Kasama District.
- Recruit and train a founding team of Forge Ambassadors from the district.
- Deliver structured career guidance sessions each term.
- Run at least one district career day per academic year.
- Connect learners to sponsorship, skills and vocational pathways.
- Report delivery and impact to THE FORGE National every quarter.
