The Rufunsa Chapter process

Students approach the relevant THE FORGE chapter or designated chapter contact.
- 02Request review
The chapter reviews the request for completeness and confirms basic eligibility.
- 03Verify
The chapter and authorised programme representatives check the relevant information and supporting evidence.
- 04Assess
Need, urgency, circumstances and potential impact are assessed against programme criteria and available resources.
- 05Refer
Eligible requests are referred through the appropriate THE FORGE chapter and programme process.
- 06Decide
Requests are considered according to defined criteria, available resources and programme policies.
- 07Support and follow up
Where support is approved and resources are available, the intervention is coordinated and the outcome is monitored.
