The Forge Choma District Chapter

Direction before decisions.

Structured in-school sessions helping learners in Choma understand subject choices, career pathways and the realities of the world of work.

Character before position.

Practical leadership training for learners, prefects and youth groups across the district.

University is one road, not the only road.

Exposure to TEVET, trades, agri-business and digital skills routes for learners who will not enter university.

Guidance is worthless if fees stop the learner.

Support for learners in identifying bursaries, scholarships and local sponsorship for further study.

The whole district in one room.

A district-wide career day bringing schools, employers, institutions and professionals together in Choma.

Beyond the school gate.

Sessions for out-of-school youth, community groups and parents on pathways, enterprise and mentorship.
