Professionally, Bosworth is trained as a General Clinical Officer. Healthcare is a profession that places people at the centre of responsibility — requiring discipline, professionalism, communication, compassion and the ability to remain focused in difficult situations. His professional identity adds another dimension to his leadership journey, grounding his work not only in speaking about people but in a profession dedicated to serving them.
