Dr. Lesa Lesa Jr. is a prominent Zambian medical doctor, global speaker, author, and youth leadership consultant based in Lusaka Province, Zambia. Widely recognized by his personal catchphrase, “I Remain Lesa Lesa,” he is a highly active figure in African youth development and corporate strategy.
As a medical doctor, he is a practicing medical professional in Zambia. He is also the Founder and Managing Consultant of Claws Innovations Consultancy, which specializes in brand strategy, business development, event management, and corporate communication across multiple countries. In addition, he directs the I Am Speech Society — an organization dedicated to public speaking training that has toured schools and universities across all 10 provinces of Zambia.
In the leadership and global impact space, Dr. Lesa serves as a Youth Development Consultant and is an active member of the UNESCO SDG4 Youth and Student Network. He is the visionary President and Founder of Youth Afrika Unite and Co-founder of the YouthLed Development Alliance. He collaborates extensively with various Zambian government ministries, including the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts, to drive youth-centric initiatives.
